At Freshtic Foods, we strive to make your shopping experience simple and convenient. We understand that sometimes plans may change, so we offer a fair and transparent cancellation policy.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order through our website/app or by contacting our customer support team.

  • Once the order is packed or out for delivery, cancellation will not be accepted.

  • For perishable items (fish, chicken, vegetables, fruits), cancellations are not allowed once the order is confirmed, as these products are freshly procured.

2. Order Cancellation by FreshticFoods

We reserve the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, such as:

  • Unavailability of stock.

  • Incorrect pricing or product information.

  • Delivery address outside our serviceable area.

  • Technical or operational issues.

In such cases, the customer will be informed promptly, and a full refund (if applicable) will be processed.

3. Refund for Canceled Orders

  • If you cancel an eligible order within the allowed time frame, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer or wallet credit after confirmation.
