1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds are applicable only for products that are defective, damaged, expired, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • To be eligible, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (such as photos/videos of the product).

  • Perishable items (like fresh fish, meat, vegetables, fruits, dairy, etc.) are non-refundable unless delivered in a damaged or spoiled condition.

  • Non-perishable items (like packaged groceries, dry goods, and household items) may be refunded if returned in unused, sealed, and original condition within 3 days of delivery.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Delay due to circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather, strikes, etc.).

  • Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed in the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer / wallet credit after confirmation.

4. Replacement Option

  • In some cases, instead of a refund, we may offer a free replacement of the same product or a coupon code for your next purchase.
